Located in a very peaceful, family friendly neighborhood sits this 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. Remodeled top to bottom with modern furnishings
Master bedroom includes a queen bed, adjustable height desk, office chair and manual elliptical machine.
Master bath has shower and full bathtub.

2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin size bed

3rd bedroom has a queen bed, with fold up pack and play in the closet.

The beautiful private FULLY FENCED-backyard includes a bbq grill, fire pit, semi in ground pool, trampoline and awesome tree swing (that I put in myself-Give it a try it’s amazing!)

The WiFi is vzw high speed internet, the home is equipped with 4smart tvs, an electric fireplace, Central heat and air, on site laundry, automatic garage door, ice and filtered water dispenser, Roomba vaccuum and iRobot mop, electric desk and headboards with built in usb chargers -high tech extras for your comfort.

Other things to note
This is a pet, baby and kid friendly home situated on a large half acre lot. For infants-there are sanitized pack and play, high chair, walker, swing, bathtub, stroller and baby gates upon request.

For older kids, we have some books, interactive games, a mock post office and mail truck, trampoline and a swimming pool with a safety fence.

For our furry friends-we offer 2 medium size crates, a freshly washed doggy blanket and bowls (upon request), and An extra large doggy door leading to the fenced in back yard.
